The products will be delivered to you at the address provided by you on the order form. It is your
responsibility to ensure that the address details are correct, clear and are suitable for delivery purposes.
Any times
quoted on the website for delivery of the products are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the
products however caused.
Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders taken after 2pm will
be dispatched the next working day.
Orders are sent via The Royal Mail first class recorded delivery service and will require
signature upon receipt.
Delivery in the UK is free of charge. For any deliveries outside of the UK a £5.00
surcharge will be added onto the total cost of the purchase.
You may return or exchange goods at any time within 30 days of receipt
of the goods for a refund for
the price paid for the goods or an exchange to the same value. Refunds will be made by the same payment method as was originally used.
Clothes must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unworn, with any tags still on and at your own cost
and risk - retaining proof of postage is therefore advised. For items that are returned with marks such as perfume, deodorant or make up
we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. Pretty Mama is unable to pay postage costs for items that are returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a completed returns / exchange form which will be sent out with items on delivery.
We aim to send goods out in perfect condition and all items are thoroughly inspected prior to sending. However, in the unlikely
