You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.  Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of the website after a change has been posted will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions

We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs.  We will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.

Any unauthorised use by you of any content or marks will result in legal action taken against you.  You are authorised to view, display, print and download Content and individual pages from the site for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only (provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on those pages).

Pretty Mama Limited takes reasonable effort to ensure that content on this site is complete, accurate and current. Despite Pretty Mama Limited’s efforts, however, the information on this site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Products included on the site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may carry a different price than that stated on the site. Pretty Mama Limited reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. Pretty Mama Limited also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

OUR CONTRACT

The information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have.  When placing an order from Pretty Mama Limited, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and your order details. A contract between you and Pretty Mama Limited will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email, confirming your order has been dispatched.

Pretty Mama Limited retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you.  If your order is accepted you will be informed by confirmation email.

Any emails with customers both B2C and B2B are for discussion purposes only and can not be used to create a binding contract. 

AVAILABILITY

All items shown as ‘in stock’ will normally be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3 – 5 working days, however, Pretty Mama Limited will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.

PURCHASE

Ordering from the Pretty Mama website does not mean there is a contract between you and Pretty Mama. Confirmation will be sent to you once we have invoiced and dispatched the order.

The order process is as follows:

  • Products are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
  • Clicking on the ‘Pay now’ button at checkout will submit the order for payment.
  • Once the payment has gone through, you will see the order confirmation page. Following this you will then receive an email confirming the details of each product in your order. This is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted or processed but simply that you have finished the order process.
  • Once the goods are ready for dispatch, we will then process the payment and notify you with an email confirming that the order has been processed. A contract between you and us is in place at this point.

If there is a problem in processing the order, we will notify you via email with the reason it could not be fulfilled. This may include:

  1. There was an error with the product or how it was priced on our website
  2. The product(s) in the order is currently out of stock
  3. We are unable to take full payment for your order
  4. You did not fulfill your obligations as set out under these terms and conditions

PAYMENT

Pretty Mama Limited accept payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies and via PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment via cheques or postal orders. 

Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out, to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

GIFT CARD

Pretty Mama gift cards can be used as full or part payment on our website. The full terms and conditions for our gift cards include.

  • Your Pretty Mama gift card can be used in full or part payment against all purchases on www.prettymama.co.uk
  • The total value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance of your gift card
  • Your gift card is valid for 24 months after it has been purchased.
  • Your gift card remains the property of Pretty Mama and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. It is not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
